Who you'll be working with.

Anurag Verma — a business analyst by trade and an AI builder by evening. A decade inside real companies doing process and stakeholder work; out of hours, a home lab building AI systems and helping UK small business owners get unstuck with the very same tools.

No Silicon Valley futurism here — just someone who has spent years figuring out where the work actually slows down. That's the lens behind every Operwize AI session: less hype, more help.

Based in Worcester, with reach into Birmingham, Coventry and the wider Midlands. Happy to travel within an hour for in-person sessions; otherwise we work on Zoom.

I already use ChatGPT. Is this different?+

Yes — and that's exactly why we'll get value quickly. ChatGPT and Copilot are useful but generic; they don't know your business. What we build sits one layer below: a place where your data and processes live, so the AI does your actual work, not just text that sounds like it.

Is my data safe?+

That's the right thing to worry about. We use UK / EU regions only, your existing tools wherever possible, and you control every connection. Happy to sign a one-page NDA before the first session.

I'm not technical. Will I follow along?+

Most of our clients aren't technical — translating is the job. You bring the knowledge of your business; we bring the tools. If you lose the thread at any point, we slow down. There's no exam at the end.

What if I want to build something bigger?+

After two or three sessions, most clients want to extend a workflow into something more substantial. At that point we scope a fixed-price project, so you know exactly what you're paying for. No surprise bills, no retainers unless you ask for one.

Do you have references?+

We're building the first round of testimonials now and will share case studies as they land. In the meantime, the £75 price and refund offer are designed to keep your risk close to zero.

Where will the session happen?+

In person around Worcester, Birmingham or Coventry — at your office or a quiet coffee shop. Anywhere else in the UK, we run it on Zoom. Sessions outside that radius pick up a £25 travel adder.
